Our patent attorneys have completed a basic engineering degree, our trademark attorneys and attorneys-at-law a legal degree. The former have completed additional legal training as part of their patent attorney exam. Some of our attorneys-at-law and trademark attorneys hold an additional Master of Laws degree (LL.M, MIBL), acquired at a foreign university. Attorneys are entitled to file a lawsuit before the Swiss civil and criminal courts. Patent attorneys are entitled to conduct a patent process in Switzerland together with attorneys-at-law.
